1/4 cup Water

1/2 cucumber

1 Apple
-
6 Radish
-
5 stick Celery

8 Romaine Lettuce leafs

1 handful Fresh Spinach
Method
-
Add water to blender.
-
Cut cucumber into small chunks and add to blender.

Blend.
-
Cut chunks off of the Apple and add to blender as you cut.

Increase blender speed and add remaining ingredients one at a time.

Blend until liquefied.
