
Ingredients

6 sticks cinnamon, curled type

4 cups hot water

Walnuts coarsely chopped for garnishing

Sugar (according to preference)
Method

In a pot or sauce pan, put water and cinnamon sticks, bring to boil over high heat then reduce heat and simmer for 30minutes, covered. Liquid will reduce about ½ cup or more.

Remove cinnamon sticks, pour in serving cups. Add 2 tsp sugar for each cup (more or less according to preference).

Garnish with walnuts and serve.
