Mango, avocado, chia smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 half ripe mango
  2. 1 tsp chia seeds
  3. Almond milk
  4. Quarter of an avocado

Method

  1. Soak chia seeds in water overnight
  2. Add almond milk or any milk of your choice to a blender with the chia seeds
  3. Add mango and ice
  4. Blend well

Ingredients

  1. Half cup of frozen blueberries
  2. Half cup of frozen rasberries
  3. Half cup of frozen blackberries
  4. About 5 frozen strawberries
  5. About a 1/2 to a 1 cup of greek vanilla yogurt
  6. and some water

Method

  1. Put everything into the blender for about 3-4 minutes, and done. For the decoration I used a half of teaspoon of yogurt and a strawberry.

Ingredients

  1. 1 container banana/banana creme Greek yogurt
  2. 1 medium size banana
  3. 3/4 cup Orange juice
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  6. 1 handful ice

Method

Layer the ingredients in a blender. You can layer them in any order, but I have found that the best order is: yogurt, banana, milk, orange juice, lemon juice, and finally ice. Blend until smooth, then enjoy. You can add a spray of whipped cream if you like.

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 golden kiwi
  3. Around 6 strawberries
  4. Handful ice
  5. Watermelon chunks
  6. 1 Tbsp honey
  7. Around 2 cups orange juice
  8. Handful spinach
  9. 6 oz French vanilla yogurt
  10. 3 cucumber slices

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend for about 45 seconds, or push Auto IQ Frozen Drinks and Smoothies.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy.

  3. 1 avocado seed,
  4. 1 fresh hoja santa leaf,
  5. 2 cups watermelon,
  6. 2 bananas,
  7. 1 orange,
  8. 1 lemon,
  9. 1 cup water kefir,
  10. 2 capsules spirulina,
  11. 1 tbs chia,
  12. 1 tbs wheat germ,
  13. 1 ts maca powder,
  14. 1 cucharada de germen de trigo,

  1. 3 Bananas
  2. 2 Apples
  3. 4 Celery sticks
  4. Carrots
  5. 1 L milk
  6. cloves Garlic
  7. Honey
  8. 1 Cucumber

Method

  1. Cut up all the items into small pieces
  2. Add some milk into blender...2.5L
  3. Add the carrots and apples and pulse blend until liquefied. Keep adding the other items milk to ensure the blender does not sieze up.
  4. Let blend until smooth consistency is attained.

This is high in protein and fiber, but low on calories. Prefect for cutting

Ingredients

  1. 30 g vanilla whey protein
  2. 30 g chia seeds
  3. 100 g frozen banana
  4. 100 g frozen strawberry
  5. 100 g frozen blueberry
  6. 300 ml milk

Method

Put everything in blender and mix well. Frozen fruit and chia seeds will give it a thick ice cream like consistency.
