Power up Smoothie!!


Well when the bug to treat the body hits then you get rolling in all things healthy...

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3 Bananas
  2. 2 Apples
  3. 4 Celery sticks
  4. Carrots
  5. 1 L milk
  6. cloves Garlic
  7. Honey
  8. 1 Cucumber

Method

  1. Cut up all the items into small pieces
  2. Add some milk into blender...2.5L
  3. Add the carrots and apples and pulse blend until liquefied. Keep adding the other items milk to ensure the blender does not sieze up.
  4. Let blend until smooth consistency is attained.
