Ingredients

3-4 bananas

3 tbsp oats

1 cup Milk (you can use any type of liquid milk)

1 tsp cinammon powder

Some crushed almonds to enhance a good taste

1 pinch cocoa powder
Method

Peel off the bananas

Crushed the almonds

Add the bananas, oats, cinammon powder, cocoa powder and milk
