
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

5 spinach leaves

1 kiwi

1 tbsp oats

1/2 tbsp raisins
-
1 tsp honey or agave
-
1 cup water
Method
-
Mix the ripe bananas, the spinach and the cup of water in the blender.

If is needed add the honey or agave.

Peel the kiwi and cut it.
-
Serve the smoothie in a bowl and put the oats, the kiwi and the raisins as toppings
