Smoothie

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 Orange
  3. 3 strawberries (50 gr)
  4. Yougurt (lactose free)
  5. 100 ml water
  6. Optional*
  7. Vanilla, sugar, honey
  8. Different yougurt
  9. Milk instead of water

Method

5 mins
  1. Get your fruit, peel it and cut it into pieces.
  2. Put it all in the blender.
  3. Add your yougurt and mix
  4. The water is to make it less thick, so add slowly as you keep stiring it until the texture is best for you!
  5. IMPORTANT: I ended up with 600 ml = 20 oz but quantities might differ to you
