Workout drink

Workout drink


Need a drink to give me a boost of energy before and after my workout sessions at the gym.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp peanut butter
  2. 2 different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach)
  3. 2 tbsp condensed milk (optional you can use honey)
  4. 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  5. 1 bottle of smalta
  6. 3 cup nestle vanilla flavour supligen
  7. 2 cup gatorade(any flavour)
  8. 2 tbsp flax seed
  9. 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  10. 6 half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos )

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise.
