Need a drink to give me a boost of energy before and after my workout sessions at the gym.
Ingredients

2 tbsp peanut butter
-
2 different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach)

2 tbsp condensed milk (optional you can use honey)

1 tbsp vanilla essence
-
1 bottle of smalta

3 cup nestle vanilla flavour supligen

2 cup gatorade(any flavour)

2 tbsp flax seed
-
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

6 half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos )
Method

Blend all ingredients.

Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise.
