
A water-diluted yogurt drink with a salty refreshing taste. It is ideal to have with a sandwich, a lahme bi ajeen or manakeesh.

1 teaspoon salt
Method
10 minutes

Whisk the yogurt well or whip it using an electric mixer then gradually add the water and salt until you get a homogeneous texture.
