
I really strugle for gaining weight and I found this
recipe is so Amazing ...i drink this smoothie daily and doing some
workouts to gain weight faster 💃
Ingredients

1/2 cup white oats
-
2 bananas
-
3 dates
-
2 tbsp peanut butter
-
3 cups milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tsp coconut flakes
-
10 almond nuts
Method
-
Pre-soak your oats in warm water for 5min. to be easy to blend and digest

In a blender, add oats and almond then blend well
-
Add bananas, milk, peanut butter, dates, vanilla, coconut flakes....blend until juicy
-
Serve and enjoy <3
