Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupOrange Juice
  2. 1 medium Banana
  3. 2 tspWheat Germ,Crude
  4. 1 tbspHoney,Pure
  5. 1 cup Lowfat Yogurt
  6. 5 Single Ice Cubes
