Afternoon energy boost drink

I finished a massive dog walk and dont want to fill up before I go to kung fu class so thought this would keep me going till dinner. It does, its great!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 banana
  2. 1/2 cup mango (I used frozen)
  3. 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  4. 2 small celery stalks
  5. 1/2 cup almond milk

Method

5 mins
  1. Pop it all in a blender and blend till smooth. Will be thick like a thickshake.
  2. Coconut milk would be awsome too
