I finished a massive dog walk and dont want to fill up
before I go to kung fu class so thought this would keep me going till
dinner. It does, its great!
Ingredients
2 servings

1 banana

1/2 cup mango (I used frozen)

1 handful baby spinach leaves

2 small celery stalks

1/2 cup almond milk
Method
5 mins

Pop it all in a blender and blend till smooth. Will be thick like a thickshake.

Coconut milk would be awsome too
