Cardamon Lassi (yogurt drink) - very simple, refreshing

 

This was my lifesaver when I was pregnant second time. I even called my baby "Cardamon" until he was born.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tsp cardamon
  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. 1 Tbsp honey (as much as you like)
  4. 1 cup water
  5. Ginger (optional)
  6. Strawberries (optional)

Method

5 min
  1. Grind cardamon
  2. Mix/blend cardamon, yogurt, honey
  3. Add water
  4. Enjoy!
