
Refrigerate the yoghurt prior to blending. Remember to
choose a less spicy chilly, if you don't want the drink to be too hot.
You can drink it without filtering also. It's easier to drink it if you
filter it though 😉

1 cup Yoghurt

1 1/2 cup Cold Water

1 piece Ginger

1 stick Curry Leaves

1 Green Chilli

Crush ginger, green chilli & curry leaves.

Add the crushed mix, salt, yoghurt & cold water in a blender & blend for a few seconds. Filter & drink.
