
Basically this is a fruit smoothie with a handful of
fresh picked leafy greens blended in. The fruit is to add sweetness and
for a balanced nutrition. We are lucky in that most everything is
gathered in our fields.
Ingredients

4 cups fresh mixed greens:

amaranth, dandelion, purslane, chaya, plantain, malabar spinach, and Hoja Santa

1/2 cup fresh mixed herbs:

sage, lemon verbena, pitiona, parsley, cilantro

1 in. fresh turmeric

1 lemon
-
3 bananas
-
1 cup guava
-
1/2 cup fruit vinegar

1 cup milk kefir
-
1/4 honey
-
1 cup yerba mate kombucha

1 tbs stevia
-
1 tbs chia
-
2 capsules spirulina
